Guided professional learning journey
Elevate is ECTARC’s guided professional learning journey, designed to support educators beyond the webinar experience over a four week period.
Participants explore new ideas, connect with educators, apply learning in practice, and receive ongoing support from an experienced presenter. With small group sizes and a focus on reflection and implementation. Elevate helps turn professional learning into real change.
What’s included in your journey
Week 1 – Explore
Participants receive a workbook to explore key ideas and begin reflecting before the live session.
Week 2 – Connect & Learn
Come together online – focused on discussion, reflection, and real practice. A pre-recording is provided for revisiting or sharing with the team – Duration 1hr.
Week 3 – Implement & Reflect
Presenter emails reflection questions and resources. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions as they implement ideas in their setting.
Week 4 – Share & Grow
Reconnect as a group to share experiences, ask questions, and learn together – Duration 30 min.
