Inclusion

ECTARC recognises that every child, regardless of their needs has the right to participate fully in an education and care service. Our Educators are responsive to children who may require additional support, assistance or attention. In our services, Educators create opportunities for all children to be included in the program through adapting or changing the environment for children with additional needs.

Educators have connections with a range of services that can assist families to access the help they need. Where needed educators work in collaboration with support agencies to maximise each child’s learning.
