ECTARC Training Services provides excellence in Early Childhood Education and Care training and professional development to students nationally from our offices in Warrawong NSW and Logan QLD. This role is based at  Warrawong

About the Role

ECTARC Training Services is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic trainee who is looking to start their administrative career. During the 12-month traineeship you will gain valuable knowledge and experience whilst working and studying alongside our qualified administration team to complete your BSB30120 Certificate III in Business (Administration).

Originally known as Illawarra Area Child Care (IACC) our organisation was incorporated in October 1985 and have a proud history of providing optimum education and training services.

ECTARC is proudly a not for profit organisation, that successfully manages education and care services in the Illawarra and Shoalhaven. Our specialist early childhood knowledge, extensive experience and commitment to early education and care for children is why we are a respected leader in the sector. Essential Criteria

  • Completed Higher School Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Be committed to working full time while completing a qualification
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Demonstrated computer skills
  • Ability to learn and undertake general clerical tasks
  • Ability to interact with a range of people in a professional and friendly manner
  • The ability to work both cooperatively within a team environment and unsupervised
  • Strong work ethic

Desirable Criteria:

  • ECTARC employees are vaccinated for COVID-19 and are strongly encouraged to obtain an available booster dose as they become available.
