ECTARC Photograph and Video Permission Form

ECTARC would like permission to use photographs/videos of you/your child for training purposes and promotion. The photographs/videos of you/your child may be used on marketing materials (brochures, flyers, banners, audio visual display), advertisements, editorial/press releases, training presentations, ECTARC websites and learning materials which are distributed to the early childhood community and the general public. No personal details such as names or the service of attendance will be published. The photographs/videos are stored securely as per ECTARC document control policies. The photographs/video will be used only in accordance with ECTARC’s policies and procedures and as permitted under Australian Law.

The photographs/videos of you/your child will be used in ECTARC developed learning materials (both printed and electronically) which are distributed to students who are enrolled with our organisation. These learning materials may also be purchased by other Registered Training Organisations for training purposes with students.

No child from a service can be in the background of a photo without permission of a parent. The parent must complete this form to grant permission for the photo to be used by ECTARC.
