The Organisation
ECTARC is a not-for-profit organisation that has been supporting children, educators, and
communities for over 40 years, through early learning that feels personal and training that
truly makes a difference. We started small, in the Illawarra. Today, we operate nationally,
guided by a collaborative, people-centred approach.
ECTARC helps people take the next step. Whether it’s a child starting care or an educator
