About the Role

We are seeking Casual Early Childhood Educators (Certificate III and Diploma qualified) and Early Childhood Teachers to support our services across the Illawarra and Shoalhaven.

In this role, you will deliver warm, inclusive early learning experiences that support each child’s development, helping families feel confident, children thrive, and communities grow stronger.

Our experienced head office leadership team works closely with services to support quality learning programs, positive workplace cultures, and ongoing professional development.

We are also committed to reconciliation and to building understanding and respect for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures and rights, supporting equitable participation in early childhood education.

As the successful candidate, you will have:

  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
  • A current Child Protection Qualification
  • NESA Early Childhood Teacher Accreditation (if applicable)
  • Current approved First Aid qualification for Early Education and Care HLTAID012 (preferred)
  • A Working with Children Check clearance number (or willingness to obtain)
  • At least 12 months’ experience working in children’s services
  • Sound knowledge of current early childhood theory, practice and legislation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to confidentiality and ethical practice
