Our Service
At ECTARC Clipper Road, we respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land and honour their enduring connection to Country, culture, and community. We are committed to building strong, authentic relationships with local families, recognising that our educational program is enriched through meaningful family and community engagement.
We believe in nurturing each child’s unique identity within a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment. Our inquiry-based, play-led approach encourages exploration, creativity, and a deep sense of curiosity, empowering children to discover their strengths and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Our commitment to high-quality early childhood education is grounded in the principles of respect, equity, and the rights of the child. We actively listen to children’s voices and ensure their ideas and perspectives shape our learning community.
Our Unique Hybrid Model
We offer a hybrid model of early education and care that supports the evolving needs of families:
- Long Day Care for children aged 0–3 years: A nurturing, flexible program designed to support working families while building strong emotional foundations and early developmental skills.
- Preschool Program for children aged 3–5 years: A structured, inquiry-based curriculum that prepares children for school and life, with a focus on independence, social-emotional development, and early literacy and numeracy.
This integrated approach ensures continuity of care and learning, allowing children to grow in a familiar, supportive environment while families benefit from both flexibility and educational depth.
Inclusive Support Services
We reserve a portion of our enrolments for children with diagnosed disabilities and High Learning Support Needs (HLSN). In partnership with Noah’s Inclusion Services, we deliver a transdisciplinary model of care that includes:
- In-house access to Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Specialist Teachers, and Psychologists
- Therapy sessions conducted during preschool hours to maintain routine and comfort
- A holistic, family-centred approach that simplifies access to support services
- Our Family and Community Facilitator who, in collaboration with the Service Director acts as your family’s Key Worker, coordinating all supports and services to ensure a cohesive, aligned approach tailored to your child’s and family’s needs.
This integrated model ensures children receive cohesive, personalised care while remaining in a familiar social and physical environment.

Our Educators
Our passionate team of qualified educators work collaboratively with families and the community to ensure the best outcomes for every child. We maintain above required ratios and our staff includes:
- A nominated supervisor and educational leader
- Diploma and Certificate III qualified educators

We are committed to ongoing professional development and reflective practice. Families are valued as children’s first teachers, and we encourage everyone to be part of our vibrant community through family events, celebrations, and shared learning experiences.
Our Child and Family Practitioner has an integral role within the service and will work in partnership with the service director and educators to engage and support all families. The Child and Family Practitioner will provide intake support, assess child and family support needs, identify referral pathways and relevant follow up support and establish community programs. The Child and Family Practitioner will also provide advice and support to educators to strengthen their capacity to support child and family wellbeing within the education and care setting.
