This webinar will explore the legislative requirements under the National Quality Framework in relation to who is responsible when managing complaints in education and care settings. Participants will be supported to recognise the different types of complaints that may be received, and determine how these are to be reported, in addition to identifying the importance of having effective management systems in place in order to use complaints as a means for continuous improvement.
